Karas Plating Limited Installs a new state-of-the-art fully automated production line for busbar silver electro-plating.
In addition to our currently successful silver, nickel and tin busbar plating programs, Karas has seen a significant rise in demand for high volume copper (and aluminium) busbars, across multiple industries.
To maintain our position as the industry leader, we announce our biggest single investment with a new and fully automated electro-plating line, designed specifically for fast, cost-effective, and high-quality silver-plating of copper busbars, across a full range of product dimensions.
From August This Year
With the close support of our expert line building partners (Jacquet Weston Limited), we’ll have full production capability from August this year. The line is fully automated, with variable control over power, water consumption, and chemical dosing, ensuring low cost and high-quality manufacture.
In addition to our new technical capabilities, Karas has the unique position to offer daily transport, storage and management of customer stock, with flexible daily production planning to match fluctuating customer needs.
