Karas Plating is proud to announce that we are now members of the Made in Britain organisation. This organisation was created to bring together the British manufacturing community and to promote the high quality goods and products produced by this country’s manufacturing sector.
Supporting British industry
Here at Karas Plating, we have always been proud of the contribution we have made to the British manufacturing industry. We provide essential plating solutions for businesses up and down the country, in every conceivable sector. These plated components are finished to the highest possible standard, ensuring our clients receive quality materials for their own manufacturing processes. This, in turn, guarantees quality products at each stage of manufacture.
Our contribution may be a small one, but its impact can be felt exponentially across the country’s manufacturing industry.
Preparing for the future
In these uncertain times, we believe it is more important than ever to promote British manufacturing. The ongoing coronavirus pandemic has seen many companies – including our own – having to re-evaluate their processes and adapt to a new way of working without compromising quality. It is that versatility and robustness of purpose that is celebrated by the Made in Britain organisation.
As we reach the end of the transitional period with the EU, nobody knows what the future will bring in a post-Brexit Britain. Whatever trade deal is reached, it will require manufacturers in Great Britain to step-up their game, whatever industry sector they are a part of. Here at Karas, we have no doubt that they will rise to the occasion.
Committed to quality
We are committed to playing our part in that process and supporting the growth of British industries by supplying our customers with the electroplating and metal finishing services they need to produce high quality products.
We already provide the very best in plated components to this country’s automotive, electrical, medical, petrochemical, power distribution and defence industries – to name just a few. With our membership to Made in Britain, we look to expand that remit to cover even more British manufacturing sectors.
Spreading the word
We are already updating our promotional literature and advertising material to include the official Made in Britain mark. Since companies must fulfil certain criteria to be accepted for membership, being able to bear the mark is a sign of quality – something we always strive to maintain.
